Dr. Wandera Ogwobo, PhD

Dr. Wandera is a seasoned strategist and multidisciplinary professional with over 20 years of experience in consultancy, governance, finance, human resource management, and organizational development. He holds a PhD in Business Strategic Management and is accredited as a Certified Practising Auditor, Certified Practising Secretary, and Certified Human Resource Professional in Kenya.
Dr. Gabriel Lubale, PhD, OGW, MIHRM
Dr. Gabriel Lubale is a distinguished strategic management and human resource professional with extensive experience in public service, migration governance, research, and institutional development. He is the recipient of the prestigious Order of the Grand Warrior (OGW) award in recognition of his outstanding contribution to public service in Kenya. He has worked with government institutions, international organizations, academia, and development partners across Africa and beyond.
Mr. George Bink, MA, BA, MKIM
Mr. George Bink was a highly respected development and management professional with over 40 years of distinguished experience gained across government institutions, NGOs, and development consultancy sectors. He held a Master’s Degree in Sociology (Community Development Option) from the University of Nairobi and was widely recognized for his contribution to community development, institutional capacity building, and socio-economic transformation. His legacy of professionalism, mentorship, and service continues to inspire the values and vision of the Group.
MR. HUMPHREY OKUKU
Mr. Humphrey Okuku is a seasoned governance and public administration specialist with over 30 years of experience in governance, devolution, human resource management, and institutional leadership. He has worked with government institutions, county governments, and development organizations, delivering strategic solutions in governance, organizational development, and public sector administration.
